Application Process

Thank you for visiting our website and expressing interest in our school.  We truly appreciate the opportunity to connect with families seeking a nurturing and enriching educational environment for their child.

1. Schedule a tour to visit our campus. We’d love to meet you and show you around.

2. Complete and submit an application.

   • There is a $250 application fee

     • Application
     • Birth Certificate or Passport
     • Baptismal Record 
     • Immunization Record
     • Letter of Recommendation  Grades 1-8 (From a previous teacher)
     • Letter of Recommendation TK/K
     • Report Card
     • Standardized Test Record (STAR, etc.)
     • $250 Application Fee (cash or check)
     • Release of Student Records Form  Grades 1-8 (For all previous schools)
     • IEP or 504 Testing Documentation/Report (if applicable)

3. Admissions will review your application. Admissions staff will not review incomplete applications.

4. After reviewing your application, Admissions will communicate with you about scheduling a new student screening.

5. Schedule a family interview with the principal. This is a crucial step in our process, as we believe in the importance of understanding each family's unique needs and expectations.
